Most commonly known pain is physical pain, right! we feel headache, stomach ache, body pain and sometimes due to injuries, we feel extremely painful. We take care of our bodies, so that we don’t have to face physical pain. But you know, what is more dangerous? the mental pain, which bothers us 24/7, and we literally cannot stop it. why we feel mental pain, it has many reasons and they are: Stress, Depression, anxiety, broken heart, trauma, fear, unsuccessful life, not getting the goals, emptiness, feeling alone, and many more. These all reason are too painful.We don’t even share with someone about our mental pain, as we share about our physical ones. Why? Because we assume that, nobody will understand our situation, people will give us shitty advises or may be they will make fun of us. But you know everyone is thinking it, let’s say the person whom you want to discuss your problems, has also gone through with same problems, like if you are sharing something with your parents, they might have dealt with the depression, anxiety, stress, broken heart at some point of life. So just relax! when you want to share the reason of your mental pain, because everybody has it, including your parents, friends, relatives, neighbors and colleagues.

Mental pain must be shared and treated, otherwise it may turn into mental disorders. it just works as physical pain, when you don’t treat your broken leg, you may get lame, same as, if you don’t treat broken heart you may have got depression, the deadly mental disorder!. Whether our pain is mental or physical, it must be treated because both kind of pain is harmful for life and put the life at risk. make your every pain temporary! life is made for enjoyment, not for bearing any kind of shitty pain!
