The Right Training

Some days back, I was coming from somewhere with my elder sister. When we were going to the metro station, on our way, we have seen some children from nearby slums. These children were hoping and dancing with joy. I noticed the level of happiness, that how happy they are, even if they don’t have proper cloths, fancy toys and facilities. They were seeming the richest kids of the world to me, because their level of happiness was far more than million’s of dollar, and the next moment my brain also thought the dark side of it,, I was saying to my sister that “How beautiful the childhood is, these kids don’t have to worry about money, career, status etc . They are not even complaining to life for their conditions, they are living life with full of joy”. then after some time we got to the metro station.

I think, we are wiser in childhood than adulthood!! But how? As a child, we don’t know much about caste, creed, religion, status, gender, money, power and the entire structure of our societies. If you gather children from different countries, you will notice one common thing among them and it’s their perceptive towards life!! even these children speak different languages and follow different cultures.Have you ever thought that What makes them similar? the answer is absence of worldly information. They have lack of information about world and societies, they don’t go after some norms(money, power, religion, gender, nationalism, career and rat race), They don’t even care. Why so? because they still have not adapted the structure of their societies. Childhood is just like a wet clay , as you mold it so it will be like that. If we take example of the fictional character Mowgli, he belonged to humans but raised by wolves, so he started believing, that he is wolf. May be Mowgli’s story is fiction but example is quite logical. I have watched a documentary on T.V, It was about those kids, who were raised by animals. It somehow proves that children are primitive form of human. They just have basic needs but as they grow up their needs turn into desires. Children could be taught anything, whether it’s wrong or right!! that’s why some terrorist groups prefer children.

Children must be given right information!! They should not be taught about religion but must be taught about the essence of all good things in religions, They must not be taught about caste and community but must be taught about one nation. instead of teaching them patriarch and feminism, we must introduce them to humanitarianism. we need to tell them that racism is nothing and integrity is everything. And the most important lesson, which needs to be taught is that, Money should be source of living life but not life.
