Since our childhood, we face competition, even before birth! when we go through fertilization process, haha… ok let’s be serious! We experience competition everywhere, in school, in college, in careers etc. Competition is important, if it is associated with individual success. everyone advises that you must have competitive mind or one must be highly competitive. But you know one thing, this world has more collaboration than competition. We see lot’s of discord among countries but if we magnify our view, we’ll find out that almost all the nations have inter-dependency and collaboration among them. If there were competition among them, so our planet would not be existing. Imagine countries have this obsession to be superior than others, they do everything, which they could, now obsession gets so worse, that they start destroying one-another with nuclear weapons, in just few moments our planet will be completely destroyed. But don’t worry, we have United Nation! and furthermore the rate of collaboration is higher than that of competition.

The sign of leadership is collaboration. Today all the big brands are merging or collaborating to increase their profits. if you see the life of highly successful people, they have one thing in common, their competition is not with world but with their own-self. with world, they just collaborate. Competition is the endless loop if it is with world, always remember that your only competition is you not this world. world is the place of collaboration.

Compete with yourself, collaborate with world.
