Many of us try to do meditation with high expectations but when we start doing meditation, our minds suddenly fill with lot’s of thoughts. sometimes you can focus but after few moments mind starts bringing back those thoughts. That’s why some people leave to meditate because it seems like a hassle. If you want to meditate, then you land on right article. Here I m gonna discuss some easy techniques to do it.
# Sound of Silence Meditation

You may or may not know about it, but here i m gonna explain it! Have you ever heard the binary voice in background or whenever you try the listen through a glass or when your ear blocks temporarily. You must have heard this strange kind of binary sound. It could be heard anytime, anywhere and at night you can hear it very clearly. This sound is like mantis insect’s noise or something like Morse code sound..beeeeeeep! This is sound of silence. This noise is omnipresent. No other voice can suppress it. You can meditate by listening the sound of silence. How? All you need is an earplug, wear earplug and sit comfortably on chair or couch, anywhere you feel comfortable. Take 10-15 deep breathes and try to hear this sound, just in seconds you will be able to listen it. Hear it according to your fixed time for meditation, it could be 10 min, 15 min, 20, an hour or more. Initially start with 5 min at least. It is easiest to do and this method will stop the restlessness of mind.
# Breathing Meditation

One of the popular and easiest ways to start meditation. This practice is not only easy but also effortless, all you need to do is, just to focus on your breathing. It’s good for Respiratory system. for applying this method, you need to take ten deep breathes in the beginning and then slowdown your breathing to normal, now start feeling your breathing process.
# Music Mediation

If you can’t focus while breathing meditation or any other kind of meditation, don’t get disappointed! here is the quick fix for you! you can do meditation by listening your favorite kind of instrumental sound like violin, flute, piano, apart from this you can listen sanskrit mantras, bells of church, azaan(holy sound in Islam) and other holy sounds. Sound should be heard on low Hertz, preferably below 500 Hertz.
