Hardwork is the key of success or there is no substitute of hardwork! These lines are familiar, aren’t these? But have you ever got tired and frustrated by your years long hardwork?! Are you feeling like to give up as you think it’s all worthless. Here you need to know 5 things which make you negative about your efforts and hardwork…
# If It’s Futile Efforts
Sometimes people do wild goose chase on the name of hardwork, they put their efforts in wrong direction, thinking that they will surely get success some day, this will make you tired and frustrated very soon. It’s like shooting in dark room where you are not clear about your aim. It’s very crucial to have clear picture of your goal in your mind so that you could find the right way and strategy to achieve it.
# If You Are Not Getting Desirable Results
Delay outcome /zero outcome of our total efforts makes us frustrated. Sometimes you don’t get instant result of what you have desired for. Some year ago I did so much hardwork for cracking an entrance test but it didn’t work out. That made me so hopeless at that time but now I am pursuing that same course from different University and here in this university I am getting more opportunities to grow myself than the one which I desired for taking admission. Some things take time, you always don’t get desirable results. May be your end result is way more better than you desired for.
# If You Are Forced To Do It
Have you ever been forced to do hardwork, when you really don’t want to. What if you want to be an artist but you are forced to study law! You probably get irritated by studying law. You feel like to escape from your law Classes! Working hard for something we don’t want, makes us stressful and it brings us nowhere. We can only work hard for two things first is something we love to do and second is money. And sometimes we are stuck doing a kind of hardwork which will neither provide us money nor do we love it. And if you are stuck in same situation, it’s time to value your hardwork and try another thing, which atleast provides you better pay.
# If You Are Neglecting The Value Of Smart Work/Easy Solution
When you see others are getting more successful in the same field, in which you are also putting your 100% efforts, that makes you doubt on your own abilities and this feeling gets you toward frustration. In my psychology lecture, I heard very useful point from a chapter on Problem Solving. It says “Humans think they have to take complex ways and efforts to solve their problems and they underestimate the easy ways”. Sometimes easy way and smart work perform better to get us closer to our desireable results. But it doesn’t mean we should stop doing hard work. People who grow faster than others, know where to use hard work and where to use smart work. They value both work styles.
# If It’s Taking Over Other Aspects Of Your Life
Do you avoid your family time, hanging out with friends, and your hobbies due to hardwork? It could affect your mental and physical health and as a result you start getting unsatisfied with life. You may start finding life meaningless and all about work. Every aspect of life is equally important. Sometimes we sacrifice our quality time for career and goals, but don’t make it a habit or lifestyle otherwise you will find yourself all alone in the end and more frustrated with life.
